The Woodmont Facility Services (WFS) department is lead by our director of facility services and customer service representative, who coordinate and deliver maintenance and emergency response support to our commercial property portfolio across the Bay Area. Our dedicated team of service technicians provide professional, quality response on a moment’s notice to each commercial property. The goal of the department is to provide cost effective maintenance services that do not normally fall under contracted services, including lighting repairs and replacements, plumbing, electrical, painting and touch-ups, locksmith work, vacant suite market-ready work, janitorial, sheetrock repairs, light tenant improvement work and 24/7 emergency response.
Our tenants, property managers and owners can request services any time of day by submitting a request via phone or email to our customer service representative, who then dispatches a technician to the site. Our technicians are well-versed in the critical systems on the properties and are assigned to individual geographical response zones. Additionally, Woodmont Facility Services carefully designs facility management programs and effectively manages critical building systems as a support function to the property manager and their staff. This function can range from implementing new security monitoring/access systems to maintaining cardkey systems remotely and handling all system changes to creating and maintaining emergency operations manuals and coordinating annual training of the tenant base at commercial office properties where appropriate and required.
