Claudia Blakeslee
Chief Financial Officer
Claudia Blakeslee joined Woodmont in 2000, bringing extensive experience in both residential and commercial property accounting. As CFO of Woodmont Real Estate Services, Claudia leads all financial activities and initiatives while directing capital strategy and investor relations. With her diplomatic nature and big picture approach, Claudia is a key strategic contributor in all internal affairs. Prior to Woodmont, Claudia served as Controller of Property Accounting at Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc. for 13 years with responsibilities that ranged from money management to software support.
Claudia has also served as Regional Account Manager at Tishman West and Senior Accountant at Fox & Carskadon Financial Corporation. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from San Francisco State University, as well as an MBA in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University. Claudia had also participated on the Board of Directors of the non-profit firm, Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition.
