Jeffrey S. Bosshard, CPM®
Senior Vice President, Multi-Family Operations
Jeff Bosshard joined the company in 1994 and has since provided Woodmont with an innovative perspective, strategic goals, outstanding management skills and knowledge and experience of Northern California’s housing industry. Jeff is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Woodmont’s residential operational policies and procedures, as well as leading the on-site transition process associated with new account acquisitions.
Jeff has a proven record of successfully managing a wide array of properties, ranging in size and type, and has participated in the successful lease-up of both new construction and renovation projects. He holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Construction Management from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, as well as designations including: Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
Apart from his duties at Woodmont, Jeff is currently on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Division of the California Apartment Association (CAA®), where he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Multihousing Council.
