Bob Clark joined Woodmont in 1970 and immediately began utilizing his widespread construction and maintenance knowledge into developing the Building Services Department. Bob’s experience covers all property types, ranging from stabilized assets to major property renovations to brand new lease-up developments. Bob’s responsibilities include supervising purchasing projects and spearheading major renovation and maintenance services for the firm’s portfolio. He is also the leader of Woodmont’s regionally recognized Maintenance Personnel Training Program, optimizing the structural integrity of our managed assets, developing strategic preventative maintenance and cost control programs, and conducting detailed safety seminars and inspections. Prior to working at Woodmont, Bob was an electrical engineer for the Sylvania Corporation and attended Idaho State University.
