Bob Rouse, CPM®
President
Bob Rouse offers over 30 years of real estate industry experience and has brought solid leadership, extensive knowledge and exceptional skill to Woodmont Real Estate Services when he merged his firm, Rouse Real Estate Associates, with Woodmont in 1990. As head of Commercial Management, Bob has lead Woodmont in acquiring management of over 7,200,000 square feet of commercial space and continues to develop new business initiatives, adding further value to Woodmont’s managed portfolio. Bob holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
For twelve years prior to his success at Woodmont, Bob held various senior level positions at SSR Realty Advisors Inc., which included Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for SSR’s Property Management and Asset Management divisions. Bob continually takes part in public industry discussions and has held positions on the Board of Directors for major REITs, taught Real Estate Management for the College of San Mateo and is a proud member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Building Owners and Managers Association
(BOMA®) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC®). Bob is also a current member of the advisory board for the Golden Gate University, Ageno School of Business.
