Brigitte Spinale

Brigitte Spinale joined Woodmont in 2007 and has proved instrumental in influencing and assisting in the organizational development of the company. Brigitte leads the company in all areas of employee recruitment, retention, and advancement. Her innate ability to facilitate communication has made a substantial impact on employee relations and has further developed a more fostering work environment. Brigitte is also responsible for establishing employment practices, ensuring and monitoring guidelines and regulations and generating internal communications to the entire company.
Prior to joining Woodmont, Brigitte worked at Bay View Capital Corporation for 25 years, where she held various positions within the Human Resources and Administrative Services departments and was responsible for payroll, facilities, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions.
