Ronald Granville, Chairman
Ron joined Woodmont in 1974, serving in various capacities within
property and assets management, as well as development operations,
before becoming Chairman in 1989.
Ron is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University
of California, Berkeley (1974), and holds a Certified Property
Manager (CPM) designation. Ron teaches real estate management at the
College of San Mateo and is past Vice President of the San Francisco
Bay Area IREM Chapter, as well as President/Chairman of the
California Housing Council.
Additionally, Ron is a past Vice President of the
California Apartment Association and past President of the
Tri-County Apartment Association. He is also a member of the Urban
Land Institute (ULI).
