DECEMBER  2000

Woodmont Real Estate Services signed a management contract to manage 2171 Junipero Serra Office Building in Daly City. This 50,000 square foot building was recently sold by the Redevelopment Agency of Daly City and private owners to a group of investors. Woodmont has managed this building since it was constructed in 1987.

A management contract was also signed with D&D Tarob Investors to oversee building operations for the new owner. This 50,000 square foot industrial building is located in Milpitas.

NOVEMBER  2000

Woodmont has been selected by Pacific Union Homes, a division of Pacific Union, to assist in the planning, building design and marketing campaign for 200 units in Santa Cruz.

This apartment community will be the first new upscale community in Santa Cruz in 14 years.

JULY 2000

Bob Rouse, President of WRES, announced that Genentech appointed Woodmont manager of three properties in South San Francisco.

Mr. Rouse stated that Woodmont has had a long-term business relationship with Genentech and this relationship continues to be built through the addition of these three properties totaling 250,000 square feet.

MARCH 2000

Imagine yourself being transported into the galactic world, where housing of the future takes on a whole new meaning. This year’s Tri-County Expo transformed itself into another universe with celebs from Star Wars, the Jetson's and Star Trek.

Woodmont was represented by Darth Vader, Queen Amidala, Darth Maul and of course the famous "Woody Troops". Jedis and Trekkies ventured through a maze of forces for a chance to face off with other Trade Federations. All who participated came away with new skills, knowledge and ideas for a better and brighter future in our housing industry.
