NOVEMBER 2001 Woodmont
received the property management assignment for Hidden Brooks
Apartments in San Jose. This community consists of 287 units.
The new owners, RHC Communities, anticipate an
immediate interior/exterior rehab program at the property.

SEPTEMBER 2001 Annually, the San Francisco Business Times ranks the "Largest Fee
Real Estate Managers" in the Bay Area. This year, Woodmont Real
Estate Services was ranked #1.

AUGUST 2001
Bob Rouse announced that Woodmont Real Estate Services was awarded
the management contracts for Chabot Office Building and Marina Bay
Business Park.
The Chabot Office Building (23,544 square feet) is located in the
Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton.
The Marina Bay Business Park, a warehouse/research and development
industrial property (166,325 square feet) is located in Richmond and
was purchased recently by the Marin County Employee's Retirement
Association.

JULY 2001 At it's Annual Building Awards presentation, BOMA awarded Woodmont
Real Estate Services the "Best Building" in the Buildings Under
250,000 square feet category for 701 Gateway, located in South San
Francisco. Criteria for judging includes review of
the management team, management functions, such as tenant servicing,
inspection procedures, maintenance procedures, emergency procedures,
energy management, and tenant/employee relations as well as
community impact.

MAY 2001
Ron Granville announced that Woodmont was appointed to manage Monte
Diablo Apartments in San Mateo and Oxford Manor in Belmont. These
two properties have excellent visibility and will be involved in the
WRES interior unit rehab program. Both
properties have had a history of excellent occupancy and it is the
goal of ownership to ensure that the properties are well positioned
in the future.

MARCH 2001 Consolidated Farms
recently purchased the 701 Gateway Office Building in South San
Francisco. The Woodmont Team worked
with the buyers (now owners) during the due diligence process and
assisted the owners in closing the property. Woodmont has since been
awarded the management contract for this 175,000 square foot, 2 year
old building.
