DECEMBER 2002
Woodmont has been awarded the Kulemin Trust account consisting
of 8 commercial properties in Mountain View, Palo Alto and Los
Altos. The portfolio is made up of approximately 60,000 square feet
of retail and industrial space. Thanks to Kitty O'Conor, Cindy
Machado and Claudia Blakeslee who were instrumental in getting this
account.

Woodmont is pleased to announce that Gina Reidinger has joined the
firm as Marketing Director and Angela-Harr-Eackles has been promoted
to Regional Property Manager.
 SEPTEMBER 2002
The Building Owners and Managers of Silicon Valley (BOMA)
awarded
Century Plaza office building with the Building of the Year Award in
the 100,000 to 250,000 square foot category. Last year WRES won in
the same category for its 701 Gateway building in South San
Francisco.
Congratulations to Patty Harvey, Victor Orue and all the vendors who
consistently provide great service to our tenants.

 AUGUST 2002
Woodmont Real Estate Services has been awarded the contract to
manage five office buildings in San Jose and Redwood City for
Marshall Squares, LLC. The properties are located at 66, 80, 90 North
First Street in San Jose, and 901 and 1001 Marshall Street in Redwood
City. These buildings range from two to five stories and total
188,000 square feet.
 JUNE
2002
Owners of three Bay Area Communities awarded the management to
Woodmont Real Estate Services. These properties include: West Park
Apartments, a 265 unit community in San Jose, Westwinds Apartments, a
60 unit community in Livermore, and Hillcrest Apartments, a 138 unit
community in Hayward.
 MAY
2002
Bob Rouse, President, announced that Woodmont has be awarded the
contract to manage all of the commercial property located at The
Presidio in San Francisco. Woodmont will begin this management task by handling
approximately 975,000 square feet, effective May 1, 2002.

 MARCH
2002
Meridian Properties of Palo Alto recently appointed Woodmont to
manage their North First Street Office Building and their Bering
Drive R&D project, both in San Jose. North First Street consists of
40,000 square feet and 25 tenants. Bering Drie is a two-building,
78,000 square foot project.

FEBRUARY 2002
Ron Granville, Chairman, announced the Woodmont has been hired to
assist in the design and marketing plan for a new mixed use project
in downtown Santa Cruz. It is anticipated that construction of this
six-story project consisting of 110,000 square feet of retain and
101 apartment units will be completed by the summer of 2003.

JANUARY 2002
Woodmont was awarded the management of Foxdale Manor Apartments in
San Jose. This 385 unit community is privately owned and provides
below market housing to over 650 residents.
