OCTOBER 2003
Woodmont has been assigned the management of The Oaks at Kawana Springs by Schumacher Interests, Inc.  This 138 unit project consists of state of the art one and two bedroom apartment homes and was recently completed. It is located in Santa Rosa. 

SEPTEMBER 2003
Bob Rouse, President of Woodmont Real Estate Services announced the hiring of Yolanda Faile and Pam Stulken as Regional Property Managers.  Yolanda will be responsible for the management of several commercial properties and Pam will be responsible for a core of residential properties. 

AUGUST 2003
Ron Granville is please to announce that Woodmont has been appointed to manage seven bay area Sobrato Development apartment communities totaling 1,121 units. These properties include Heritage Village in Fremont, La Terraza in San Jose, Ocean Terrace in Santa Cruz, The Park at Winchester in San Jose, Riviera Terrace in Los Gatos, Waters Edge in Foster City and Woodbridge located in Sunnyvale.

JUNE 2003
Woodmont received the management of One Peal Place, a 128 unit luxury apartment community located in San Jose and owned by Cilker Apartments, LLC.  This project is under construction and we anticipate the grand opening in September 2003.  

APRIL 2003
Ron Granville announced that Woodmont has worked with a development team on two new properties, Pacific Shores Apartment Homes located in Santa Cruz and The Overlook at Fountaingrove Apartment Homes located in Santa Rosa.  Woodmont will retain the management and the properties have begun pre-lease ups in both locations.

MARCH 2003
Woodmont has been awarded the management of Ashton Place Apartments in Folsom, California, comprised of 165 units.  This recently completed project is owned by Silver wood Investments, LLC.

JANUARY 2003
Ron  Granville, Chairman of  Woodmont Real Estate Services announced the additions of  Paul McGillicuddy as a Regional Property Manager and Lisa Young as the Corporate Trainer to the Woodmont Team.
