Equity Residential has appointed Woodmont Real Estate Services to manage Union Square Retail Center. Equity plans on converting this development to a multi-family site within the next two years.

NOVEMBER 2004
Woodmont has been selected by Nearon Enterprises to manage Landmark Execurive Center located in Santa Rosa. This 3-story building consists of 103,000 square feet, plus additional developable land.

JULY 2004
Woodmont announced the Grand Opening of 1010 Pacific in Santa Cruz, a six-story mixed-use development with 113 apartment homes and first floor retail. Pacific Union is the developer of this property and it is the second project completed by them in Santa Cruz.

JUNE 2004
Woodmont completed the construction development of The McCormick Building in Davis. This three-story office and work/live project was designed by Robert Lindley of LHA Architects and built by Harrison Construction. Both of these firms are located in Davis. The Building has received various architectural awards and 50% was pre-leased.

Bunker Hill Plaza, LLC has appointed Woodmont Real Estate Services to manage their 83,000 square foot office space in Santa Clara, California.

FEBRUARY 2004
Ron Granville announced that Woodmont received the management assignment for Skyline Terrace Apartments in Burlingame. This 130 unit multi-family project provides unparalleled views of San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

Bob Rouse, President of Woodmont Real Estate Services, announced that the company has been assigned the management of Stoneridge Office Center in Pleasanton. This property currently houses BMC Software.

Woodmont has been selected by Nearon Enterprises to manage Northpoint Commerce Center located in Santa Rosa. This property consists of 85,000 square feet and 12 tenants.
