OCTOBER 2005
Woodmont is pleased to announce that Susan Crow was hired as a
Regional Property Manager in the Commercial division. Susan has
previous experience with RREEF and March Development.

SEPTEMBER 2005
Pacific Coast Capital partners selected Woodmont to manage
Mission City Center office Building, (formerly Regency Plaza) in
Santa Clara. Through the assistance of Woodmont, the
new owners of this 13-story, 232,000 square foot property plan to
launch a full-scale leasing and management initiative, including
increasing the building's profile with the community and its
tenants.


AUGUST 2005
Stanford Credit Union and Redwood Credit Union both appointed
Woodmont Real Estate Services to take over their new corporate
headquarters. Stanford Credit Union purchased 1860 Embarcadero in
Palo Alto, and Redwood Credit Union purchased 3033 Cleveland
Development in Santa Rosa.
 JULY
2005
The Rosendin Family Trust purchased 1841 The Alameda and
selected Woodmont to manage this four-story office building in San
Jose. Ownership intends on implementing significant improvements to
the building, including landscaping and interior common area.


JUNE 2005
Woodmont was selected to manage 950 John Daly Boulevard Office
Building in Daly City. The assignment included renewing a 10-year
lease with Citibank, which was completed in July.
 MARCH 2005
Ohio Teachers Association has selected Woodmont to manage The
Overlook Apartment community in Santa Rosa. This 76 unit property
was recently sold by the joint venture of Thompson Development and
Opus.


FEBRUARY 2005
Bob Rouse, President, announced the Woodmont Real Estate Serices has
secured the management of six properties, totaling 303,300 square
feet in South San Francisco. The owner, Genentech, recently
purchased these properties.

JANUARY 2005
The India Community Center recently purchased 525 Los Coches in
Milpitas. This 40,000 square foot building is leased to Cypress
Semiconductor/IMI. The Woodmont Team worked with the Seller (Marin
County Employees' Retirement Association) to facilitate the sale of
this property. Woodmont has been retained by the new owner to
continue management.
