NOVEMBER 2006
Bob Rouse announced that Woodmont was appointed the management
responsibility for College Oaks Apartments located in Sacramento.
This property was recently purchased by a New York interest.

OCTOBER 2006
Woodmont was recently appointed to manage Pointe West Business
Park in Sacramento. Birtcher Anderson recently purchased this
nine-building 150,000 square feet project. Significant tenants
include Best Buy, Motorola, Able Building Maintenance and
NetVersant.

AUGUST 2006
Jodi Contreras has joined Woodmont as Regional Manager in charge of
Woodmont’s Santa Rosa office. She will also manage various
residential and commercial properties in the Santa Rosa area. Jodi
has over 13 years of experience in the real estate arena.
In recognition of the fine work Vickie has done over the last 20
years for Woodmont, Vickie Masterson, a CPM, has been promoted to
Vice President of Woodmont’s Sacramento office and currently manages
both residential and commercial properties in the Sacramento area.

2006
Patricia Fernandes was
promoted to Regional Property Manager within the Residential
division of Woodmont Real Estate Services.
Meg Esten, a CAM was hired as a Regional Property
Manager in the Residential division of Woodmont. She brings 12 years
of real estate experience in both residential and commercial
property management and recently relocated from the east coast.

JUNE 2006
Woodmont was recently appointed to manage the Lexington Partners
Multi-Family Portfolio. This portfolio consists of six residential
apartment communities, totaling 826 units.

MAY 2006
Birtcher Anderson recently assigned the property management of its
Potrero Business Park, San Francisco, to Woodmont. This property is
primarily a warehouse and R&D product totaling 135,000 square feet.

APRIL 2006
Ron Granville announced that Woodmont has been retained to manage
the G.W. Williams Bay Area multi-family account. There are seven
residential apartment communalities that total 405 units.

MARCH 2006
Genentech recently appointed Woodmont Real Estate Services to manage
three more of its buildings in South San Francisco.

FEBRUARY 2006
Woodmont received the management engagement for Harbour Business
Park in Richmond. This property is made up of office and warehouse
product totaling 85,000 square feet.
