Brigitte Spinale has joined Woodmont as our new Director of Human Resources. Brigitte brings strong experience in Human Resources and the Financial Services industry.

MAY 2007
Richard Holden joined Woodmont Real Estate Services as Regional Property Manager. Richard has extensive experience in management and leasing and will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of office and industrial properties.

Woodmont was recently appointed to manage 1050 Northgate Office Building in San Rafael and Waters Technology Office Park in San Mateo. The buyers of 1050 Northgate purchased the property to reposition it in the market. Waters Technology Office Park consists of two buildings totaling approximately 100,000 square feet.

APRIL 2007
Woodmont Real Estate was appointed the management of Deer Valley Square, a 37,305 shopping center, located on 5.27 acres in Antioch. This center is anchored by a 14,000 square foot Walgreen's drug store and a McDonalds restaurant.

SSPI selected Woodmont to manage its 90,000 square foot buildings in Mountain View. These properties are value add opportunities intended to capitalize on the strong Peninsula leasing market.

FEBRUARY 2007
The Oakland 22nd Street Partners recently purchased 360 22nd Street, an eight-story, 115,000 square foot building in Oakland that houses 40 commercial tenants. Woodmont was selected to manage this property with significant renovations planned by the ownership.
