Fair Oaks West Apartment Homes Undergoes $1 Million Renovation

SUNNYVALE, CA (APRIL 2008) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier property management firm in Northern California, recently completed a total common area renovation of its Fair Oaks West apartment community in Sunnyvale.

The clubhouse renovation project began in October 2007 with the redesign of the fitness center, billiards room, business center, and state-of-the-art cinema room, with the goal of creating a complete lifestyle facility for its residents.
