Woodmont Chosen by ATC Partners to Manage Ten Bay Area Office Buildings

SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA (May 2008) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, has assumed management of ten office properties within the Bay Area owned by ATC Partners.

The Brannon Street Building is located in the highly-desired SOMA area of San Francisco and was purchased by ATC Partners in 2006.  The building boasts five-stories and 38,000 sq. ft. of office space with a recently renovated lobby area offering a soothing waterfall and beautiful landscaping.  Brannon Street is in an ideal location just two blocks from AT&T Ballpark, Caltrain and major Highways 280 and 101.

 

The Sansome Building in the North Waterfront District of San Francisco was built in 1910 as a “brick and timber” warehouse.  ATC renovated the 61,680 sq. ft. building, making it more modernized, yet keeping its original creative elements such as exposed ceilings and brick walls to maintain its artistic atmosphere.  It is located off Broadway and just a few blocks from San Francisco landmark, Coit Tower.

 

330 Townsend, located in the vibrant SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco is a unique two-story office building.  The brick building was originally built in the 1920s and converted into an office building in 1984.  It has since seen numerous upgrades and enhancements, including seismic strengthening and interior lobby improvements.  330 Townsend is conveniently located across the street from the Caltrain San Francisco depot, AT&T Ballpark, and numerous dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

 

Bayshore Office Building is located on the San Francisco peninsula, less than one mile south of San Francisco International Airport (SFO).  This three-story 104,600 sq. ft. building provides office suites with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay and is nestled amongst a variety of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues along the Bayshore Highway.

 

San Bruno Office Park includes four two-story buildings offering 55,000 sq. ft. of office space.  It is mainly comprised of ready-to-use office suites and is located just one mile north of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).  It is only blocks from the new BART terminal and Bayshore Highways.

Stevens Creek Executive Park, formerly known as Meridan Square, was purchased by ATC Partners in March 2006.  The building consists of three two-story office complexes totaling 136,000 square feet, as well as two single-story retail buildings totaling 28,000 square feet.  Stevens Creek is centrally located in the Silicon Valley, near Highway 280 and Stevens Creek Boulevard in the midst of numerous restaurants, businesses, shopping and entertainment.

 

710 Lakeway is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, providing easy access to Highway 101 and the Lawrence Expressway.  The two-story office building totals 36,094 square feet and holds a variety of professional businesses.  Lakeway offers ample parking on-site and lush landscaping throughout.

 

Citrus Circle Office Park consists of two two-story buildings in the Shadelands area of Walnut Creek.  This 58,220 square foot complex has more than 40 small professional tenants and provides easy access to major highways, recreational parks, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

 

Great American Parkway is in the heart of Silicon Valley and is a five-story building consisting of 71,000 square feet.  The lobby area was recently renovated to provide tenants with a more modern “tech-friendly” design.  This office space is centrally located between Highway 101 and 237 with the Great America family theme park serving as a backdrop.
