Woodmont Real Estate Services Welcomes Cindy Greanias as Regional Property Manager

BELMONT, CA (December 2008) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cindy Greanias as a Regional Property Manager effective December 1, 2008.  Greanias has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, managing single and multifamily residential properties in Northern California.

Prior to joining Woodmont Real Estate Services, Greanias was Director of Residential Services at Ventura Property Management, responsible for a portfolio of 12 fee-managed properties.  Greanias also served as Portfolio Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group for three years, as well as General Manager for 15 years.

 

Greanias is a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) and earned her degree from the State University of New York at Morrisville.
