Woodmont Real Estate Services Adds Two Sacramento Properties to Its Portfolio

Vineyards at Valley View Apartment Homes, located at 2100 Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills, CA, is a 344-unit multifamily development built in 2003.  Conveniently located between the San Francisco Bay Area and the Lake Tahoe Basin, the area has seen a fast-growing increase in both facilities and activities for its residents and businesses. 

 

McKenzie at Natomas Park Apartment Homes, located at 3601 Blackrock Drive in Sacramento, CA is a 152-unit multifamily development situated south of the Sacramento County line.  The area has also experienced major growth due to the ARCO Arena, home to the Sacramento Kings, and the easy access to Interstate 5, Interstate 80 and Highway 99, making it a simple commute from downtown Sacramento.
