Woodmont Real Estate Services Welcomes Jerrid Vanneli as Regional Property Manager

BELMONT, CA (NOVEMBER 2008) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, a premier real estate management firm in Northern California,  is pleased to announce Jerrid Vanneli as Regional Property Manager, effective December 10, 2008.  Vanneli provides Woodmont with nearly ten years of real estate industry experience and is responsible for the management of numerous residential properties located throughout the Bay Area.

 

“Jerrid’s ten years of property management experience, specifically in Northern California, will facilitate his rapid integration into a key role within our organization,” said Senior Vice President, Jeff Bosshard.

 

Vanneli served as Regional Portfolio Manager for Sequoia Equities, Inc. in 2007.  During this time, Vanneli developed and taught classes at Sequoia’s education and career development program, Sequoia University.  Vanneli began his career in property management at Prometheus Real Estate Group in 1999 as a Leasing Specialist, earning the esteemed Property Manager of the Year Award for 2006 and going on to manage several properties for the firm.  

 

Vanneli is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
