Woodmont Real Estate Services Assumes Management of the Sutter VNA and Hospice
SANTA ROSA, CA (MARCH 2009) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, is pleased to announce it has assumed management of the Sutter VNA and Hospice building in Santa Rosa.
The Sutter VNA and Hospice is located at 1110 N. Dutton Avenue in Santa Rosa and serves as an office building that houses visiting nurses, hospice care professionals and administrative personnel.
“Through a successful relationship nurtured with Suttter Health at our Landmark Executive Center building, where we built out over $8 million worth of medical office improvements, we were able to expand our service reach to this other facility on North Dutton,” said Senior Vice President Scott Pritchett.
