Woodmont Adds Wilson Plaza to Its Commercial Portfolio

BELMONT, CA (April 2009) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier property management firm in Northern California, has assumed management of the Wilson Plaza complex in Millbrae, CA. 

 

Wilson Plaza is located on Adrian Road, between Highway 101 and Millbrae Avenue.  It is a four-acre complex directly across from the new BART/Caltrain depot and includes retail space, two free-standing restaurants, a gas station, coffee outlet, and market.

 

The plaza was originally designed as part of the city’s redevelopment plan for the area.  The plan was put in place to promote the revitalization of Millbrae’s downtown shopping district and the surrounding area around the BART station.

 

Master planned by Winges Architects, Wilson Plaza is divided into four different spaces, each having a unique identity, roofline, and feel.  Unique features included LED colored lighting, bright blue storefronts, red steel detailing, and glass awnings.  The overall goal was to design the plaza with a consistent contemporary look while allowing each tenant to have a distinctive retail identity.

 

Wilson Plaza is currently occupied by major retail and restaurant tenants, including In n’ Out Burgers, Panera Bread, Market Carwash, and Café Roma.
