Woodmont Welcomes Stephany Bonney as Regional Property Manager
BELMONT, CA (September 2009) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, is pleased to announce Stephany Bonney as a Regional Property Manager for our greater Sacramento Valley portfolio, effective October 2009.
Bonney has many years of experience in the property management industry, managing various multifamily properties within the Northern California area.
“Stephany’s proven experience and expertise in numerous submarkets throughout the Sacramento region made her a perfect match for Woodmont’s growth plans in the region. We are very pleased to have her aboard,” said Senior Vice President Jeff Bosshard.
Prior to joining Woodmont, Bonney was an Investment Manager at Pinnacle/American Management Services, where she was responsible for a portfolio of market rate and tax credit properties. Bonney also worked with ConAm as a Business Manager and FPI Management as a Property Manager.
Bonney is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
