Woodmont Real Estate Services Announces Management of 425-427 Valley Drive
BRISBANE, CA (SEPTEMBER 2009) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, has assumed management of 425-427 Valley Drive in Brisbane.
425 Valley Drive is an industrial/warehouse facility, providing 280,000 square feet of space and both dock-high and grade-level doors. The Class A building also offers abundant parking and is located in an ideal location, near dining, recreation and hospitality services.
Upon takeover, Woodmont Real Estate Services had two months to assemble a design and construction team to carry out over $550,000 in tenant improvement work in the shell portion (90,000 square feet) of the project for a new tenant. This major project renovation was completed within 75 days and kept well within the original budget numbers.
