Woodmont Realty Advisors, Inc., is a separate entity of Woodmont Real
Estate Services that provides a full range of real estate investment
management services to tax exempt institutions. As a Registered Investment
Advisor, this division provides asset management and transaction
management services to public and private pension funds, charitable trusts
and endowments.
Our Asset Management Team specializes in
Strategic Planning, Acquisition and Dispositions, Due Diligence Analysis,
Portfolio Analysis and Receiverships Appraisal Feasibility Studies.

Our organization is designed to produce a unique system of checks and
balances for controlling operating costs that maximize income. This team consists of the
following divisions: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Property
Accountant, Financial Analyst and Payroll; under the supervision of our
