RON GRANVILLE, CPM®

CEO

Position/Title

As Woodmont’s Chairman and CEO, Ron Granville is actively involved in all aspects of the organization. Between his extensive industry knowledge and commitment to raising the standards in real estate management, he’s continually driven the success of the company. Outside of work Ron dedicates himself to numerous community and industry organizations which have included: the San Francisco Bay Area Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Chapter, the California Apartment Association, National Multi-Housing Council , the Housing Industry Foundation, American Cancer Society, the Urban Land Institute and University of Notre Dame de Namur. Ron graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.

Under Ron’s leadership, the Woodmont portfolio has grown to over 15,000 multifamily units and over 7,000,000 square feet of commercial space with assets totaling $7.0 billion.

JEFF BOSSHARD, CPM®

PRESIDENT
MULTIFAMILY OPERATIONS

Jeff Bosshard leads the company’s multifamily division and directs all aspects of property operations and new acquisitions. As president of the division, he manages a team dedicated to driving value for all the multifamily assets we manage and achieving our clients’ business goals. Jeff has served on the Board of the Tri-County Division of the California Apartment Association and held past offices of President, Vice President and Secretary. He has also served on the Board of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Jeff is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned a BS degree in Construction Management as well as an MBA. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Jeff has a proven track record of successfully managing a wide array of properties, ranging in size and type, and has directed the successful lease-up of both new construction and renovation projects.

SCOTT PRITCHETT, CPM®, RPA

PRESIDENT
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

Scott Pritchett serves as Woodmont’s leader of commercial operations. He actively manages the commercial team and oversees all aspects of the property operations. Scott has taught real estate courses for the College of San Mateo, BOMA® Silicon Valley and IREM®. He previously sat on the Board of Regents at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo for 8 years; he is an active member of both IREM® and BOMA®. His industry credentials include a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) accreditation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA®); he is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.

Scott’s comprehensive knowledge of property management and unparalleled operational leadership expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of Woodmont’s commercial portfolio since he joined the company in 1997.

TERRY DELA CRUZ

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Position/Title

As Woodmont’s Chief Financial Officer, Terry leads all financial activities. Her commitment to the accuracy and completeness of all our financial reports ensures that our financial services meet the highest of professional standards.

Terry brings a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial property accounting to Woodmont through her education and professional experience. She holds a BA in Economics from the

University of California, Irvine and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining Woodmont, she held the position of Controller then Director of the Capital Markets with Veritas Investments, Inc. where she was responsible for developing and implementing debt financing strategies for San Francisco/Bay Area investment properties and portfolios. She has also served as Vice President/Treasurer for D.R. Stephens & Company, a Bay Area private commercial real estate investment and development company.

MICHELLE WIDJAJA

VICE PRESIDENT
MARKETING & EDUCATION

Michelle Widjaja has worked in the property management industry for over 20 years. In her role as Woodmont’s VP of Marketing & Education, Michelle oversees a team that provides strategic direction for the marketing and training efforts of each of Woodmont’s managed assets. Prior to Woodmont, Michelle spent 5 years as Director of Marketing for Bell Partners, an apartment investment and management company operating multifamily communities throughout the United States. Her career also includes 11 years with Prometheus Real Estate Group’s marketing division, overseeing leasing and marketing needs for the company’s Northern California portfolio and experience as an on-site property manager for a 721-unit community in San Francisco. She earned a BA degree in Communication from UC Davis.

Michelle is a seasoned marketing executive who skillfully mentors and empowers cross functional teams to meet challenging business goals.

SIMONE ROBINSON

VICE PRESIDENT
HUMAN RESOURCES

Simone Robinson serves as Woodmont’s VP of Human Resources, leading the company’s HR strategic initiatives, corporate growth and professional culture. In this role, Simone is accountable for developing and implementing human resources practices and programs to ensure a stable workforce that fosters collaboration, embraces diversity and inclusion and thrives in a values-driven environment.

Simone has over 20 years of human resources experience and has held various executive leadership positions with Bay Area organizations prior to joining Woodmont. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources with BRIDGE Housing in San Francisco.

Simone holds a BS degree in business from UC Berkeley, an MS degree in HR Management and an MBA degree, both from Golden Gate University.

JAMES TREGEMBO

DIRECTOR
OF BUILDING SERVICES

As Woodmont’s Director of Building & Facilities Services, James Tregembo directs a team of project managers overseeing all major renovation, maintenance, and special projects for the firm’s portfolio, while managing the overall operations of the department. Prior to joining Woodmont, James has been a Project Manager in a variety of construction fields both in general industry as well as multifamily including roofing, waterproofing, plumbing and underground, interiors, and exterior cladding. James has been in construction management for almost 40 years and has studied at Phoenix Institute of Technology and at San Jose State University.

James is an experienced leader and is studying to take the general contractors licensing exam. He plays an essential role in making Woodmont’s properties some of the best maintained buildings in the industry.

Multifamily Operations

Position/Title

Jerrid joined Woodmont in 2008 as a Regional Property Manager and has held increasing levels of responsibility over his 15 years with the company. Since 2019, he has served as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations overseeing company-wide operations and management duties, reporting directly to the President of Multifamily Operations. In addition to managing his own group of multifamily communities, Jerrid actively leads Woodmont's team of Multifamily Regional Managers, each of whom is responsible for their own portfolio of communities in Northern California.

He is an active member of the Sacramento Chapter of the California Apartment Association, a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and has participated on committee work with IREM®’s San Francisco Chapter. Jerrid attended the University of Phoenix where he studied Business Management. His industry credentials include Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).

JEFF BOSSHARD AND SCOTT PRITCHETT PROMOTED TO PRESIDENTS OF MULTIFAMILY AND COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS, RESPECTIVELY

Woodmont Real Estate Services’ CEO & Partner Ron Granville, CPM® announced the promotions of Jeff Bosshard CPM® to President of Multifamily Operations and Scott Pritchett CPM®, RPA, to President of Commercial Operations with Woodmont Real Estate Services.

The promotions become effective January 1, 2014 and follow the retirement of longtime company President Bob Rouse CPM®. Rouse will continue to serve the company on its board of directors.

Bosshard, who joined Woodmont Real Estate Services (WRES) in 1994, is responsible for the operations associated with managing nearly 12,000 apartment homes throughout Northern California while Pritchett, who has been with the company since 1997, is responsible for all operations associated with managing nearly 8 million square feet of office, industrial, R&D and retail properties throughout the region. Previously Bosshard and Pritchett were Executive Vice Presidents with the company.

“Bob Rouse is a genuine icon in our industry and he has been instrumental in growing our company to its current size. He has also contributed significantly to the positive reputation we enjoy with clients, industry peers, consultants and vendors who work with our company. He is also a friend who will be missed on a daily basis. Rouse joined Woodmont Real Estate Services when he merged his company, Rouse Real Estate Associates, with Woodmont in 1990. In the last 15 years, Woodmont has grown to become the largest independent property management firm in Northern California.
