The perfect gift reflects the giver’s appreciation and gratitude, and gifts can be truly special when they are representative of both the giver and receiver – something that endures, a thing that offers much greater value than the sum of its parts. Like true friendship, it is priceless.
And so it was that Woodmont Real Estate Services created a symbol of friendship, in the form of this year’s Diamond Sponsor Awards at the firm’s annual company-wide gathering, Woodmont Live Conference (W Live)!
The award consists of reclaimed wood from a fallen tree after the Mendocino Complex Wildfire in 2018 and a section of coral (made from a synthetic material). A local Mendocino craftsman constructed the base of the award from trees destroyed on his property from that wildfire, which was the largest in California history and burned 459,123 acres.
Woodmont is supporting The Reef Renewal USA team’s efforts to spearhead new techniques in coral reef restoration, and specifically the reef ecosystem in the Florida Keys.

Woodmont Real Estate Services President, Multifamily Operations Jeff Bosshard, CPM® presented this year’s Diamond Sponsors Award to three of its primary event sponsors.
According to Bosshard, Woodmont strives to present gifts that reflect uniqueness and reinforce the company’s partnership with its Diamond Sponsors.
He added: “We believe we’re all part of the same ecosystem. As a company that manages homes and places where people work, we wanted to offer a gift that not only stands out but also gives back to the world. Coral reefs and reclaimed trees are a powerful symbol of harmony, connection, resilience, and environmental stewardship—values we hold close. Like all things land & sea, they come from different worlds but when they connect, it creates something beautiful.”
The 2025 Diamond Sponsors and award recipients at Woodmont Live Conference included:
ProFloors, a full-service multifamily flooring provider that is passionate about having the best team in the industry to provide the highest quality installation and service to its customers.
Gidel & Kocal Construction Company Inc., a commercial general contractor with dedicated project teams that work to ensure client satisfaction from the design phase to project completion.
RealPage, a leading resource for rental housing operators that supplies property management software, market forecasting, targeted ads and a streamlined leasing platform that drives efficiency.
