Woodmont Real Estate Services’ CEO & Partner Ron Granville announced today that Ariel Hiatt was promoted to Property Manager and newly assigned to The Arbors, a multifamily community in the Tri Valley city of Livermore.

Prior to her assignment to the Arbors, Hiatt worked for Woodmont as the Assistant Property Manager at The Lodge at Napa Junction, a multifamily community in American Canyon. Before that she was a leasing consultant at The Lodge. Originally from Cloverdale, CA, Hiatt has been with Woodmont Real Estate Services for four years.

The Arbors is located at 3550 Pacific Avenue in Livermore. Patricia Fernandes is the Woodmont Regional Manager that oversees The Arbors and other East Bay and Sacramento multifamily communities.

The Arbors is comprised of 162 apartment homes in 14 separate, two-story buildings with two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartment homes. Community amenities include tennis courts, swimming pool, whirlpool and spa, and a fitness center. Some of the apartment interior features are washer and dryer in every unit, private decks and patios and some of the apartments have wood-burning fireplaces.
