Belmont, CA; December 15, 2025 –Woodmont Real Estate Services’ Jeff Bosshard, CPM,® President, Multifamily Operations, announced that Carla Hart has joined the company as a Regional Property Manager.
Carla will oversee property management teams including onsite managers, leasing professionals and maintenance technicians in Napa, Contra Costa, Alameda and Marin counties. She will work closely with Woodmont’s Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations, Jerrid Vannelli, CPM®.
An accomplished property management professional since 2012, Carla started in the marketing department of a Concord-based asset management firm before being promoted to Operations Manager for a commercial shopping center, among other properties.
Her career continued to advance with Regional Marketing & Leasing manage roles in San Francisco, before taking a Regional Area Manager position with an Oakland-based investor that owns a diverse portfolio or properties, including commercial, live/work, and new-construction residential homes.
Prior to joining Woodmont, she was a Regional Portfolio Manager with FPI Management in Folsom, CA, overseeing daily operations, leasing and maintenance teams, annual budgets, mentoring and training new and existing staff, and maximizing the client’s return on investment.
Her excellent communications and people skills, financial acumen with multifamily and commercial property, operational experience and proven success makes her a valuable addition to Woodmont’s leadership team.
