Woodmont Real Estate Services’ CEO & Principal Ron Granville announced today that Caroline Anzur has joined Woodmont as Vice President of Marketing and Education. She is responsible for the overall management and operations of the department, as well as providing strategic direction for the marketing and educational efforts associated with each of the company’s managed assets.

Ms. Anzur serves Woodmont with the innovative vision and strong leadership skills necessary to properly support marketing more than 11,000 apartment homes and over 7.5 million square of commercial property that is managed by the company throughout Northern California. Her department’s duties include building and maintaining property websites, using social media, advertising and public relations to maintain high occupancy rates at all Woodmont-managed properties.

Caroline Anzur possesses a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, developing integrated marketing programs, project management and team training.  Prior to Woodmont, she most recently was a Senior Project Manager for The Mark Company, a San Francisco-based real estate marketing and consulting company. She also held positions as a Director of Project Management for Shaklee Corporation and was Vice President at McCann-Erickson, working for national brands such as Coca-Cola and L’Oreal cosmetics.

Ms. Anzur is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC and is a licensed CA real estate salesperson.
