Belmont, CA; January 12, 2026 –Woodmont Real Estate Services’ Jeff Bosshard, CPM,® President, Multifamily Operations, announced that Denis Melnichenko has joined the company as a Regional Property Manager.
Denis will manage teams of onsite managers, leasing professionals, and maintenance technicians at multifamily communities primarily on the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley. He will work closely with Woodmont’s Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations, Jerrid Vannelli, CPM®.
In 2007 and shortly he after earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Denis joined Essex Property Trust, a leading multifamily real estate investment trust (REIT). He served in a variety of property management roles over a five-year period, managing multifamily properties throughout the Peninsula and East Bay.
In 2013, Denis joined the Acclaim Companies, a boutique property management and development firm based in Menlo Park. There he managed over nine hundred apartment homes and led several Class-A multifamily and commercial property lease-ups.
His work in property management has featured capital improvement projects and budgets, marketing new apartment homes from lease up through stabilization, and motivating and training teammates.
