Thus, it is with a healthy mixture of pride and humility that Woodmont Real Estate Services announces the addition of a pair of multifamily community management assignments in the thriving cities of San Jose and Santa Clara – and with existing clients.

In May, Woodmont became leasing and property manager at Market Gateway Apartments (pictured above) in Downtown San Jose. Owned by The Core Companies, the apartment homes are comprised of studios, one and two-bedroom units and feature high ceilings with a great walkability rating.

More recently, long-time client The Sobrato Organization asked Woodmont to implement leasing and management programs for one of its newest acquisitions, Vista Pointe Apartments, which are located on Homestead Road in central Santa Clara.

The charming apartment homes offer one and two-bedroom residences in a suburban setting with outstanding features, such as private balconies, large pantries and wood-style flooring.

In the past year-and-a-half, Woodmont has added 25 new apartment communities to its portfolio and now has over 13,000 apartment homes under management.
