Woodmont Real Estate Services’ CEO & Partner Ron Granville announced today Patricia Fernandes has joined the firm in Sacramento as Regional Manager while Jeff Buck has joined Woodmont Real Estate Services as Regional Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be based in the corporate office.

Patricia Fernandes originally joined Woodmont in 1997 and worked with the company for 12 years. She recently re-joined Woodmont and focuses on the Sacramento/East Bay Regions bringing with her over 35 years of property management experience. Her expertise includes townhomes, high-rise, private estates, Rent-to-Own Homes and multifamily housing. With Woodmont Real Estate Services, Fernandes manages 30 employees and a portfolio of 1262 apartment homes in Livermore and the greater Sacramento Area including Fairfield, Natomas, Orangevale and El Dorado Hills.

Fernandes has been a certified Woodmont coach where her forte is policies and procedures. She has trained, developed and mentored numerous staff members resulting in their promotions. Fernandes has served on the Board of Directors for the Foster City Chamber, representing the multifamily housing sector. She holds a California Real Estate License.
Jeff Buck has more than 25 years of property management experience, most recently with EMD Properties Inc. as asset manager overseeing both apartment and manufactured housing communities. With Woodmont Real Estate Services, Buck manages 26 employees and approximately 1,000 apartment homes in South San Francisco, Pacifica, throughout the peninsula, San Jose and in Fremont.

Buck earlier had worked at Prometheus Real Estate Group where he was Director of Operations working with fee account clients for over 3,500 apartments. He was instrumental in establishing operational planning for the multifamily management team during his tenure with Prometheus. He started his property management career with Oakwood Worldwide, holding positions from Leasing Manager, Property Manager, and Acquisitions Manager to Regional Manager, working in markets from Atlanta, Miami, Phoenix, San Diego and Northern California. He is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and is working towards obtaining the CPM designation with IREM.
