We are very pleased to announce that Jodi Contreras, CPM,^® ARM,^®  and Woodmont Regional Vice President, was appointed to IREM’s Northern California chapter Board of Directors.

Jodi serves as the Regional Vice President for Woodmont’s residential communities and commercial properties in the North Bay counties. She is based in the company’s Santa Rosa office and oversees staff responsible for leasing, on-site management and maintenance, and overall management of 8 apartment communities and over 1 million square feet of commercial property.

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is based in Chicago and maintains chapters around the world. Over 300 Bay Area IREM® members support property owners, investors, and asset managers covering multifamily communities, senior living, office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial parks, and other asset classes. The board provides strategic leadership and governance, ensuring the organization remains strong, mission-driven and relevant. IREM® San Francisco Bay Area serves a 12-country region offering education, networking, and professional services to members throughout the Bay Area.

This year also marks Jodi’s 20th year with Woodmont Real Estate Services. She was promoted from Regional Manager to Vice President in 2018. While on the board, Jodi will also act as the Bay Area Co-Chair of the IREM® Events committee.
