Ana Marie Borzileri Wins Top Sales Achievement and Multifamily Manager of the Year (100+ units)
Ana Marie Borzileri achieved superior resident satisfaction and financial performance at Sand Cove (Foster City) throughout 2013. During the year, she initiated an on-site recycling program that substantially reduced the refuse generated and lowered cost. Additional achievements on her watch included scoring a 100% Google Score for resident service and online reputation. Ms. Borzileri stays on top of every detail of her property by focusing daily on her team’s marketing and resident service efforts. In 2013 Ms. Borzileri managed several property upgrades, including the installation of a poolside BBQ and fire pit, the addition of a new Bocce Court and several landscaping projects throughout the community.

Clement Cohen Wins Multifamily Manager of the Year (fewer than 100 units)
Clement Cohen has managed Central Park (Sunnyvale) since 2008 and has been consistent with his strong leadership since inception. And in 2013, his results were better than ever. His high level of resident service is reflected in that turnover was only 13% during the year. Mr. Cohen managed a property-wide exterior paint project and extensive landscaping upgrades.

Delicia Leachman Wins Multifamily Marketing Achievement Award
Delicia Leachman has been a leasing consultant at The Boulders (Santa Rosa) since 2005 and year-after-year develops new ideas for resident events. Always a great ambassador for Woodmont Real Estate Services, Ms. Leachman is known for her ready smile and genuine interest in the lives of the community’s residents. In 2013 she was recognized for her skills in building a sense of community among the residents by using social media in new applications, such as creating a Facebook trivia challenge that generated a much greater level of resident participation on The Boulders’ Facebook page.

Alta off the Avenue in Burlingame Wins Multifamily Property of the Year (fewer than 100 units)
Alta off the Avenue in Burlingame won its multifamily property of the year award for the simple reason that more than any community managed by Woodmont Real Estate Services, Property Manager Valnea Lisica oversaw an extreme makeover of the property in 2012 and 2013. Just a few blocks from downtown Burlingame, Alta was acquired in January 2012 and over the course of the following 24 months underwent a comprehensive renovation. All exteriors and common areas were renovated, new windows installed throughout, every apartment home interior received upscale renovations and fixtures, a new outdoor kitchen was added to the pool area and the property has all new landscaping. Alta finished 2013 with 100 percent occupancy.

Water’s Edge in Foster City Wins Multifamily Property of the Year (more than 100 units)
Water’s Edge in Foster City won multifamily property of the year due to the management team’s consistent ability to overcome challenges and for their innovative marketing tactics. Lead by property manager Danielle Ledwith, her team of Bridget Zell (Assistant Manager), Andrea Werner (Leasing Consultant), Michael Triner (Lead Service Tech), Justin Erickson (Service Technician) and Enedelia Cisneros (Custodian/Porter) managed a myriad of renovation projects at the 50-year-old property in 2013. They accomplished this while keeping the residents happy and provided consistently great resident service.

Nicole Oscar Wins Commercial Property Manager of the Year
Nicole Oscar won commercial property manager of the year for her versatility and adaptability in recent years, having been part of the management team for 10 different commercial properties at one time or another. Her most recent assignment, Bayshore Office Plaza, was added last summer when Woodmont Real Estate Services was awarded the property management account by owner TA Associates Realty. Located at 2107 N. 1st Street in San Jose, the approximately 100,420-square-foot office building has multiple tenants. Ms. Oscar was instrumental in immediately putting the tenants at ease with the new management team and she also established a quick line of communication with the third party brokerage team. In combination with her positive attitude and teamwork approach, it was one of the smoothest account transitions the company has ever experienced.
