Woodmont Real Estate Services Multifamily Operations President Jeff Bosshard, CPM®, announced three additional multifamily communities to its management portfolio. In the past two years, Woodmont has added more than a dozen new apartment communities and now boasts over 13,000 apartment homes under management.
Its new assignments are on behalf of different ownership groups and investors. The multifamily communities include:
- Glenwood Garden, near downtown Mountain View.
- Fayette Arms, also near downtown Mountain View.
- The Dunes, located on the water front in Alameda.
All three communities offer swimming pools, fitness centers and excellent walk scores.
