Woodmont Real Estate Services’ President & Partner Bob Rouse announced today that his firm has added three new commercial property management assignments in Silicon Valley totaling 244,000 square feet.

The properties are owned by TA Associates Realty. They are:

Bayshore Office Plaza located at 2107 N. 1st Street in San Jose. The approximately 100,420-square-foot office building has multiple tenants. Richard Holden and Nicole Oscar from Woodmont Real Estate Services are the property managers.

M-10 Business Park located at 1453-1509 Milpitas Blvd. in Milpitas. The approximately 100,000-square-foot industrial building is about 95% occupied by multiple tenants. Mike Rosendin, Craig Fordyce and Shane Minnis with Colliers International are the leasing agents. Richard Holden and Ellen Lodge from Woodmont Real Estate Services are the property managers.

100 View Office Center located at 100 View Street in Mountain View. The approximately 43,500-square-foot office building has five tenants that occupy 100 percent of the building. Richard Holden and Alexis Pinter from Woodmont Real Estate Services are the property managers.

The commercial division of Woodmont Real Estate Services manages nearly 8 million square feet of office, R&D, retail and industrial buildings throughout Northern California.
