Belmont, CA; August 12, 2019 – For the second consecutive year, Woodmont Real Estate Services has been selected as a finalist for the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) annual and national REME Awards – Real Estate Management Excellence.
In 2018, Woodmont won recognition as the 2017 IREM San Francisco Bay Area Chapter AMO Firm of the Year (Accredited Management Organization), which qualified the company to apply for the AMO Firm of the Year on a national level and through IREM’s awards program. Woodmont was one of 11 companies to compete for five awards last year, and the AMO award ultimately went to another management firm. The REME Awards took place at the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida in late September last year. Woodmont executives were among the approximately 750 attendees at the gala event.
In 2019, Woodmont is being considered for the Corporate and Social Responsibility Award, based on three of Woodmont Real Estate Services’ guiding principles: People, Planet and Profits, or 3Ps. The 3Ps drive ongoing initiatives across the company’s entire platform – Employee and Leadership Development, Sustainability and Community Engagement, and Corporate Giving and Philanthropy. The 2019 REME Awards ceremony and gala is scheduled to occur in San Francisco on Sept. 26.
