Belmont, CA; July 14, 2025 -- Woodmont Real Estate Services President, Multifamily Operations Jeff Bosshard, CPM® announced that Oscar Beteta was promoted to Regional Property Manager. He oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Bay Area.
Oscar’s career in the multifamily housing industry exemplifies dedication, leadership, and consistent pursuit of excellence over the past 14 years. Before joining Woodmont, Oscar began his career as a Property Administrative Assistant in 2011 and has since risen through the ranks.
At Felson Companies (2013–2021, Woodmont took over management of the Felson portfolio in 2022), Oscar held multiple leadership positions, starting with his first Property Manager role in 2014 overseeing a multi-site portfolio. He was later promoted to manage larger communities such as Park Orchard and Whitman Green, earning Property of the Year honors in 2018. Oscar also served as a mentor to new team members and eventually became Director of Communities, overseeing 1,315 units across twelve properties during the difficult COVID era. His role included marketing, compliance, leasing, and onboarding oversight, as well as systems implementations such as Knock CRM.
Since joining Woodmont, Oscar has managed the dual-site portfolio of multifamily properties, where he has demonstrated operational excellence, team leadership, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. In 2024, his team earned Property Team of the Year honors, and Oscar was entrusted with coaching roles for newly transitioned properties such as Palm Lake, and in 2025, The Dunes.
Oscar holds a CCRM designation (2015), completed Construction Management courses at Laney College, and was a G.E.M.M. Awards nominee for Property Manager of the Year in 2017.
