At its November 5 Celebration of Commercial Real Estate event, BOMA Silicon Valley President Noreen Castillo announced that Scott Pritchett, Woodmont Real Estate Services President of Commercial Operations, was selected as the organization’s 2020 Principal Member of the Year. Every year, BOMA Silicon Valley bestows this award to an individual who has demonstrated a commitment not only to the organization, but to its members and the commercial real estate industry.

“This year, Scott helped serve as a moderator for the Broker Panel and absolutely knocked it out of the park. If that wasn’t enough, once COVID struck, we looked to Scott again to moderate another broker panel to discuss the future of the real estate market in a post-COVID world,” said Noreen Castillo, reading from the nomination letter submitted by BOMA Programs Chair Tracy Jeffrey. “This was BOMA’s first virtual luncheon program, and with Scott at the helm, he helped us a achieve an audience of over 120 people. His leadership and dedication to BOMA are absolutely priceless and we are lucky to have him as a Principal Member.”
