Woodmont Real Estate Services’ Commercial Division Adds New Sacramento Accounts
Scott Pritchett, CPM, RPA and President of the Commercial Division of Belmont-based (San Francisco Peninsula) Woodmont Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that his firm has added two commercial property management accounts in the Sacramento region.
Woodmont is now providing full property management services at 10620 Mather Blvd. in Sacramento, which is a 30,000-square-foot, single-story office building occupied by the California Air National Guard. The limited partnership/investor that recently acquired this property also owns and is the asset manager of the 24 Hour Fitness building on Auburn Blvd. in Sacramento that Woodmont started managing a couple of months ago.
Woodmont is also providing accounting services to the owner of 2237 Douglass Blvd. in Roseville, which is a 23,037-square-foot, multi-tenanted office building that is managed by the property owner. Tenants in the building include Davis & Davis Realtors, Liberty Mutual, Voit Real Estate Services, Williams + Paddon and others.
Regional Property Manager Matt Masterson is responsible for day-to-day management of the two new commercial accounts in the Sacramento area.
As of March this year, Woodmont had under management 120 commercial and multifamily properties in Northern California valued at $4.5 billion and totaling 14.8 million square feet. In combined asset classes, Woodmont manages approximately 20 properties in the Sacramento area.
